  • Coordinated discussions with legal and tax advisors on structuring options and drafting of a private trust deed.
  • Reviewed and commented on advisor structuring reports and trust deed documentation, supporting the finalization and signing of the trust deed.
  • Supported the setting up of entities in Singapore and transfer of businesses to support the private trust structure.
