The team has signed a MOU to work together on the Sustainable Infrastructure Impact Fund which focuses on infrastructure investments under the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG).
Neil Ventures has qualified members of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and accredited Qualified Individuals and Filing Agent with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore.

BRANDON LYE
- Over 25 years of corporate and consulting experience across Asia Pacific.
- A former Director at PwC Singapore and Myanmar involved in M&A, project finance, corporate development and project management.
- Deep working experience with private and public companies as well as international firms.
- Has extensive advisory experiences in business transformation, human capital and bid management in financial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Brandon attended Strategic Management program at NUS Business School as well as executive program at Hass School of Business, University of California Berkeley, US and Tsinghua University, China
- Brandon holds a B. Eng (Hons) from NTU, Singapore and MBA from Nanyang Business School, NTU, Singapore
Kok-Lik Chan
- Over 16 years of corporate and advisory experience in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Advised on infrastructure PPP projects, tenders, M&A transactions and greenfield capital raising.
- Extensive experience in various financial model-related work covers development and review for regional clients across sectors such as renewables, real estate, transport, telecom and utilities.
- Previously with PwC Singapore and Malaysia, and Deloitte Malaysia
- BSc in Commerce from University of Virginia, USA.
TERRY NG
- Over 15 years of experience in corporate financial management, audit, accounting, and advisory.
- Led regional projects including finance transformations, M&A integration, and new business setups.
- Strong experience in financial analysis, accounting, tax, risk management and controls, with certifications in financial modelling and business valuation.
- Terry holds a B. Accountancy (Hons) and MBA from Nanyang Business School, NTU, Singapore.

DANNY LEE
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, audit, accounting, and tax advisory work.
- Specialist in managing financial matters of SMEs, startups and family-owned businesses.
- Qualified Individual and Registered Filing Agent with Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
- BSc in Management from University of London.
- Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and ACCA.
